Schmokers...
A New Year is about to ebb. Now's the time to seriously think about quitting--cold turkey that is.

Start to tell yourself just for a day or three days...then a week. If you succeed a week you're well on your way to butting out for good.

My last schmoke was January 23rd, 1999. First three days were tuff but my goals were more important than a stupid stick.

Remember--good gurls don't like to kiss guy's mouths that taste like an ashytray.

I'll be trying again among some other things. I always do. lol

Hopefully I will at least cut down if I can't quit cold turkey. Already stressing out about it

I'm with jack. But this year I'm motivated. Stopping after tonight. Will smoke a lot tonight with drinking and all but won't want to tomorrow so its a perfect start date to quit.

Plus I won't be drinking for a little and that is definitely a trigger for me. Love my smokes with booze.

im gonna try and give up the grizzly mint dip. I need to stop.. Im a Health and Phys.ed teacher.. Not that they know i chew because no one at my school does but i still feel like i need to live up to my own words and practice what i preach...

Well. I'm going cold turkey. Started on Xmas and didn't smoke until last night. Starting fresh today. Have a baby boy on the way. Got to be healthy enough to teach him to be an NFL kicker
