School on lock down due to a meth threatening violence.

My sister teaches at a school in Yuba City California and her school is now on lock down. Some Meth head has threatened to pull another Virginia Tech shooting on either a school or a church. This is a fine example of why the media should not have given the guy any air time as now every problem child will be threatening violence on the innocent. My sister told me that their are only 4 children left in her class as most of the parents have come by to pick their kids up from school. Never should the media have given this much air time to this wacko and the media should be held to blame for anything that happens in the near future. The person is at large at this time and they have no idea where he is. When they find him they should shoot him and make an example out of him so that no one else trys this crap. I hope this guy is dead by night fall.

BP you are right that video doesn't make them crazy, but it does show them that they can be more important than ever before, and unfortunately for these nutbars that is what they are killing for, the feeling of not being seen by the world. Listen to what that freak had to say, this was him getting back at the world and for once the world would have to listen to him. Again I am not saying he is right, because obviously he is not but with the amount of coverage he is getting its only a matter of time before another dissillusioned psycho hatches up another scheme like this to get his 15 minutes of fame, even if it means he has to die to get it.

Well put and this is why the media should not be giving this sicko this much air time. Sure the media doesn't make nut bags but it gives nut bags ideas. The media can be the best and worst tool in this world we live in.
