Was ScoresandOdds.com bought out by

an English group? The format has completely changed and access to info like half time lines and money lines more cumbersome than before and it seems like they have ads for british offshore books in abundance.

I don’t think so. I think Sports.com probably just paid a hefty advertisement fee for the rights to display their stuff

I personally do not like the "new" format. The "old way" was much nicer and easier to understand.
