Scrabble Question

The Wildkat is playing Scrabble and has a question for anyone that can answer the question(s) 1) The girl I'm playing states that you can replace a blank tile with another tile any time during the game. I say "no".........talk to me...............2) when playing off the triple word score and you spell 2 words do both get the triple score or only the first one? ie>>>>>

pi
d..........I played "pi" with the "i" on the triple word space....I say that you get the triple word on both "pi" and "id". She says that you only get it one time.....talk to me.....................don't ask me why i'm playing scrabble at 1am.....whatever it takes....

if the i is on the triple square you get triple for both..

Blank is a wildcard. It can represent anything, but cannot be "replaced".

Yeah, pretty sure you share the triple...

Hey - you really need to start spelling words like "lick" and "twat", /... give her the f*cking hint man --- though I will give credit on "pi"... not bad...

you can replace the blank while it's your turn. So if you just got the letter the you gotta wait till your next turn. You also have to use it immediately.

is this the OFFICIAL rules? and does it matter if it is? this is how we always played (girl playing with WildKat)

i always thought the blank tile can be used as any letter, but cannot take tiles off the board to use it..also..thought you could use it whenever after you draw it..didn't think you had to use it immediately

Once blanks are played they cannot be picked up.

If the letter you played is on the triple word score then you get credit for both
