Sea World trainer killed by killer whale in Florida

Police say the 40 year old trainer Dawn Brancheau fell into the water and drowned

Attack happened during a live performance and eyewitness reports say the whale grabbed the trainer and mauled her

This was inevitable IMO

How many trainers are killed each year? At least one a day I would say.

Marineland only open like 2 months out of the year here, have to ship Gobbler to a warmer climate, increase the odds

You think the word "killer" would give it away.

This whale was responsible for (2) previous fatalities. I'd give him another chance! Easier to replace trainers than trained killer whales.

Davy, your tombstone definitely going to say, "He died after a tragic accident, slipped while peeing in the sink and broke his neck" RIP
