Is the season going to get harder to make money or easier????

Last year , I made more money on the second half of the season.
I just want to know, so I would better manage my money.

first few weeks is always the easier, then the books get sharper with their lines.. so the answer is it will be the same difficulty as the past few weeks, if not harder because some teams try hard and some don't pending their playoff situation and other factors..

Thank you Pitt. I am also thinking I should slow down on CF and NFL and maybe add more into the NBA. I feel that s where the money is to be made now. what do you think???

Think it could go either way. Depending on the individual's style. 2 years ago i got so burnt out the last 6 weeks ended up losing a lot of my winnings. 17 weeks is a long season. Another thing I've noticed is the public jumps on teams and bets them faithfully all season. Chicago is a good example. Indy, Dallas if they get a few wins. Expect the spreads to be a lttle tilted towards these public teams.

Problably harder... Let's face it .... parity in the league this year , doesn't exist, as in prior years. There are many bad teams, getting a bunch of points, (double digit) when matched with some of the elite teams...Making the games a no play, regardless of side. On the one hand you don't want to lay the lumber on the favorite, but at the same time, you can't trust that pathetic underdog to cover the points. Games like these become a crap shoot. It best to pick your spots. Play less games and look for solid value opportunities. The key is to make adjustments, depending on the flow of the season. We have to ,the bookies are definitely, doing their homework, and are taking advantage of the present situation. Good thread topic. Good Luck to you the rest of the way.
