Seattle, Washington

Just booked a one week vacation there in August

Just purchased Mariner-Red Sox tix, also going to do some whale watching.

What else should I check out, Probably staying right dowtown

Appreciate any input

P.S Distance from Seatte to Pasco Washington?

I was there last year and it's a awesome city. The Space Needle and Pike Place Market are a must see. You might want to take a boat tour on the Puget Sound which gives you a view of the city and Mount Rainer. We also did an underground tour which shows you a city below the streets. It wasn't expensive and was pretty cool. You also want to see the Chitdum Locks (I think that's the name of it). It helps boats rise or drop into different waterways and there is a glass area where you can see the salmon swim by. Right outside of that the Locks is a little place called Todem which serves great fish and chips (my girlfriends family goes there once a year.)

Have fun!!

We also took a two day trip to Vancouver to change things up. That is another awesome city (hopefully it's cleaned up by then lol). They have a place Granville Island which is a cool little area that people just walk around and eat. We also when to the Capillion (sp?) Suspension Bridge which is just outside the city and it was awesome!!

obviously seafood goes without saying...

if you are a golfer, I highly recommend playing even the cheapest course. Their shitty ones are so nice... obv they never need water - that's what makes them so nice... that and the blade grass... ball just seems to sit up like it's on a tee - even in the rough...
