this seems like basement material
A extremely fat 400 lb lady had a very painful boil on her ass.
She had gone to the doctor and had it lanced, but it swelled right back up.
Finally in excruciating pain, she turned to the yellow pages for relief.
While scanning the yellow pages under "unconventional medical treatments"
she saw a listing for "Phillip the pus sucker."

She called and after finding that Phillip the Pus sucker made housecalls she set an appointment.

When Phillip the Pus sucker arrived he ask her to show him the boil and she disrobed to show him her disgusting, fat, pimpled, hail damaged ass with the offending boil. Without any hesitation, Phillip the pus sucker dropped to his knees and began sucking the puss from the fat lady's ass. Suddenly the lady cut a loud, wet, fart. Phillip the Pus sucker arose and screamed, "LADY, PLEASE DON'T MAKE MY JOB DIGUSTING!!!"
