Selling a used car...
brings a lot of hillrods to the house.


Anyone ever use ebay? I like the idea of it being sold and so I don't have to deal with these poor assholes nemore

worst experience i've had. phone kept ringing non-stop. crazy requests. I had 1 guy ask me to drive the car to him...2 hours away. "OK buddy, I'm leaving now" lmao

some tips.

dont park the car at your own house.
set a fixed schedule to view car.
Leave the number but only call back those that sound truly interested. I prefer to just put an email address, easier to weed out people, and you can open an email just for this, then trash it.
In my phone i can set it so that all numbers not in my address list go straight to voicemail, so i dont even have to answer them right away, I listen to the msg and if it sounds good i call right back.

ebay is good but you are not getting top dollar.

had mine parked at a buddy's house. Ended up selling it to a guy who saw it there. took a few hundred less just so can tell the loons it was sold. One hell of week that was for me

Park it on the corner of a busy intersection. And only meet the people at the car.

I've sold sh!t on craigslist this way. You can tell if the person is legit or from Pakistan.

Here in town you can park it at the local garage/mechanic for a fee. Its the best spot. Cars usually sell within 2 weeks max.

Last one was a 97 Honda accord. Got 2800 out of it. Should low ball 23 and flip it for a profit
