I'm gonna say this once, and one time only, so listen up or grab and a pen and paper so you don't forget.

Games are not fixed. No one in America can keep their mouth shut about anything, someone would have leaked a fixed game story if it was. Vegas does not control anything, it would be offshore where 50x more money gets wagered if anything.

Every game is 50/50 to win or lose. The best modelers, syndicates, groups, gamblers, whatever, bet a game that that they think they have an edge in. You know what that edge usually is? 2-3%. so they think they win the game 53% of the time as opposed to the 50%.

Please stop blaming your losing pick on a fixed game, Thank You. Shit just happens sometimes in sports that doesn't look right. It's not a fix.

I'm not sure people understand how much has to go right for a fixed game to work. With betting limits fairly low on everything except the NFL, and only on gameday at 1 maybe 2 books can you get down 50k on a side, there's not too much value in having to pay off someone or some people.

the 1st time I read a poster claim a fixed game is the last time I ever pay attention to what they say. should be a 30 day banning for ridiculous accusations. couple posters who are "forum favorites" said it, and I never opened there thread again.

Im not saying there is or is not fixes in sports, but to say someone can only get down limited amts is ridiculous. I have 4 offshore accts alone, and I am not a big bettor.. Anyone that would be involved in fixing would be sure to have his money spread out over large volume books. Bookmaker,5dimes,etc.. To say someone could not get down for 100-200K is foolish. Easily could.
