I grew up in this area and have been to the park where she was abducted hundreds of times. This guy should have been locked up for life after the 1st offense. sad

Seems like our system of justice just doesn't work. We have evidence that someone has done harm to others, give them a minute sentence for the crime, then let them out to do even worse item. Why do we call it a correctional facility when there are sick bastards coming out worse than they went in. We need to start making the punishments fit the crimes. If there was plenty of evidence that a person was guilty of lets say, rape. Then that person should be chemicaly castrated. The punishment must fit the crime.

That's the problem...Most that go in do not get treated or counseled, they usually come out worse. Our system sucks.

See what happens to this guy now. See what kind of sentence he gets. If he was convicted in Texas he would have more of a chance getting the death penalty, but since he is in California he'll probably get life or sit on death row forever on the publics tax dollar. What we should do is harvest these dirtbags vital organs to save lives of other good people.

Hell yes, if you hurt a child or kill someone automatic death sentence to be carried out in a month. Once you kill off a few of these people the others will know that our government is not screwing around. Crime will slow down and the ones that do create problems don't deserve to be here. Are system is to soft and cutting of an arm should not be out of the question. The last thing these people need is therapy. Slow death works for me.
