Most Books are rejected byt the US Banks however, ACH is the way to go

Any book that uses EFS will take any credit card.I have tried a lot of books but the ones that use EFS are easy dep and easy withdraw.Two are linesmaker and betonusa there are a few more.

you are from canada...it is only the lame us credit cards that get rejected most places...as danny ray said you should not have any problems with sportsbook dot com and your credit card attempt...you could always try to get a card from another country...makes things a lot easier

i've used visa at cris and vip/ you can use visa or mastercard with sportsbook.com
or hollywood(with thier phonecard angle). MVP offers or (used to haven't checked lately)where you purchase picks from leo shafto, or some other handicapper (the name escapes me) with your cc and they credit your account with same amount you spent to purchase picks. Thats 5 pretty solid books as far as I'm concerned.
