THE ART AND SCIENCE OF PICKING GOLF WINNERS
1. CLOSER with CHARACTER. Certain guys see the finish line and cross it and others are destined for second place.
2. RELAXED CONFIDENCE, FOCUS and a HUNGER to win. It's a mental game and their mind has to be in the right frame with a determination and focus. As Harry Vardon said: "To play well you must feel tranquil and at peace. I have never been troubled by nerves in golf because I felt I had nothing to lose and everything to gain."
3. COURSE. Does the course layout favor the strengths of the golfer and does it expose their weaknesses. Previous form can change immediately for those who feel comfortable on a course and its greens.

Looks like he got more than the 250k. Says they settled the punative part privately and generally puni's tend to be a big chunk.

Yeah, he probably got a lot more in the confidential settlement.

Good for him.

Casino security 101 is don't cuff people or take them down unless they are an immenent threat or you are 100% positive they'll ultimately be turned over to actual police for arrest.

If he didn't assault a security guard, damage property, or steal from the casino before the takedown, lawyers would have been fighting each other for his case.

And what's with IP's surveillance? VCR instead of digital? Even two years ago, that's ridiculous in a large casino.

Imperial Palace is a straight dump. I felt like I was in some after hours joint gambling there. Whole place reeks and this story doesn't surprise me.

That's what happens also when you have stupid people in charge. This guy would've probably left with a smile from ear to ear if they would've given him a $100 slot credit or something.

Instead they get all this bad pub and probably out close to 7 figures after lawyer fees and settlements.
