I have used SolidPay in the past and it has been OK. But on 12/25 I used my credit card to deposit a small amount. Well they declined it. The next day, I just happened to check my online credit card statement and they had taken it out.
So I have been calling them and sending emails since then, I received one real response that said they were checking with thier credit processor. Well, I had to use them again (I know stupid me! ) and deposited $570 which got declined and those bastards did it to me again, the money was taken out again, but they never credited my Solidpay account. I have been sending them email and leaving them voice mail, almost non-stop without a response, I have contacted both credit cards and reported the problem.The thing that pisses me off is that they state on thier website that they have 24 hour customer services, but really it is just a damn answering service who takes a message. Solid pay has never called me back. I am contemplating legal action Just as a warning for you guys, spread the word. The CiscoKid
