Some Computer Help Please

I have a netflix account and am trying to view using their online videos feature. I sound works but on the viewer it is just a blankgreen screen. I have also been having similar issues with windows media player. I recently took my laptop to get a new hard drive put in and am guessing the proper downloads were not done to restore those viewing options. Anyone know what might be wrong/needs to downloaded to correct this issue? I appreciate the help.

You probably need to install a Codec Pack like klite:
