Open the pdf file,
Open the "Edit" menu, Pick "Select all", Pick "Copy File to Clipboard. Open Word, Right click, Select "Paste". Doesn't work for all pdf files or if the file is protected.

Microsoft Word add-in that converts PDF files into Word documents that look like the original - complete with formatting and graphics.
