Someone please tell me McQueary has been fired too...

I have heard nothing about this guy being fired along with Paterno. Surely he won't be allowed to coach the game Saturday. How on earth is this guy getting so little attention? Sorry but as I've been saying all along this guy is much more guilty than anyone but Sandusky and yet he seems to be going along with little or no attention. Just seems really strange to me.

apparently one of the victim's sisters went to PSU and had to deal with other students mocking the incident regarding her brother with the quip "He got Sanduskied"

anyone and everyone associated with or benefited from this massive coverup should be dismissed. Including McCreary.

Um no, you take care of firing the 2 most powerful figures in the university

who because of egotistical reasons allowed this to happen as long as it didnt tarnish the image of the program first

Im sure Mcqueary will be fired in time too

Romo, w/ all due respect, we'd all like to think if the 2002 incident was reported, the President and Joe-Pa would still be employed w/ Penn State.

All McQueary (sp?) had to do was call the cops. Sandusky would be serving a long prison sentence now and we wouldn't even be having this convo.

But since who knows how many people covered this up, we have this (shit-storm) so, yes, I agree heads must roll. And as I mentioned before, shit rolls down-hill. And the BOT started at the top and the shit-ball is (will be) getting bigger in the days to come.

Let me see if I understand this. You think that a 28 year old man who is a big person and could have stopped this immediately when he saw it happening it somehow less responsible than the people he reported it to.

I've got to tell ya I don't get it. if this guy does what he should have done the story ends right there. Parrot Head is right he should have been the first 1 to go.

Youre talking about a guy who probably knew Sandusky and Paterno since he was 10 years old

Its pretty easy to sit up on your soap box and say the blame is squarely on him

But he reported it directly to Paterno! and Paterno passed the buck!

Nobody took action and youre blaming a lowly employee?

There are a lot of people to blame, but when the CEO passes the buck

Hes got to go, and fast, frankly think they acted to SLOW!

Paterno barely satisfied his legal obligation, and definitely not his moral obligation as the patriarch of this organization

There are incident supposedly as far back as 1998, and Sandusky let go in 1999

They knew about this scum bag before even McQueary

and all they said was dont bring kids on campus, implying they knew he was sick but said do it elsewhere!

Its foolish to think Paterno isnt the big fire... guy was an ego maniac that wanted this pyramid not to crumble and tarnish himself and his program

and as the face of the program, its obvious he had to go and first

Yep, had it been reported BY SOMEONE in 2002 we wouldn't even be having this convo. And Joe-Pa would still be coaching.
