Are sports better when players use steroids?

As I'm watching what seems like the 30th game this season to hit the 16th inning, I wonder to myself (and now to the board) whether sports were more entertaining and competitive when players used steroids? We expect them to take every advantage to make themselves the best in the game, why not supplements? From a fans perspective, what is the argument against having Tiger Woods juiced to the hilt and hitting a 500 yard drive, or Roger Clemens throwing 100 in his 9th inning of his 10th straight complete game?

Somebody better score quick or I am going to start juicing........

The steroid era was very entertaining, seeing players crack an 800ft. homerun! Now baseball has been boring the last few seasons!

back when ben johnson was banned from the olympics for testing positive i said i didnt care what he did. if he could shoot some herion and then do a couple lines of blow and the run an 8 second 100 meter dash....the record is his.

there is a legitimate argument to keep steroids out of football....violent collisions and more muscle mass do not mix well....but baseball, golf, tennis, and basketball? Juice up........
