I think football coaches get second guessed more, because they are calling more plays and making more tactical decisions (over the course of a game).

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

True but even though I think it might be easier to manage baseball they are doing it for 162 games and much more things to second guess, scrutinize, etc

baseball IMO. soooo many situations for 2nd guessing. Leaving a pitcher in too long, taking him out too quick, sending runners in certain positions, not sending runners, bringing in certain pitchers to face certain hitters and vice versa. Baseball is like a chess match where a big risk can lead to a big reward or can hang a manager out to dry.

but the game plays itself out. With football, each and every play is called, both on the offense and the defense. While a batter may get up to the plate to hit and run, once that call is made, for the most part it plays itself out.

baseball is such a numbers and percentages game though. and once a failed hit and run plays itself out, the 2nd guessing begins instantly. and 2nd guessing will happen a lot more over the course of 162 games than it will an NFL season imo.

I vote for John Daly's swing coach. Second guess on should he have given John a rum and coke or a beer. Do I light his cigarette before or after he tees off. Do I get one or two kegs for the 19th green. Do I attempt to work with John on his swing today or getty chitty with him? Every two bit hacker out there thinks they could be John Daly's swing coach/ drinking buddy lmao
