Sports Pager info

I am looking at getting a sports pager because I'm always away from my computer or tv etc.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can get a sports pager for Canada??? Also, do I have to pay a monthly fee or can I get that one that is free service??

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Find ones that catch your eye and email the seller your zip code. They will let you know if they reach your area.

Just looked into this a little deeper and i think your right that these won't work in canada.. Not sure what to tell you accept maybe try to find a sports pager provider thats out of canada and go from there.

Ebay is where I got mine but dropped it in the pool in vegas. Now I just use my phone to check it.

Great business Idea here actually, alot of sports nuts here and nothing much available currently. Sure we have sports results to a cellphone service but not a sports pager as such.

I'm preeeety sure cell phones have made pagers obsolete. There's a plethora of toll free numbers and/or text message services out there to get you scores if you're not willing to spring for internet service on your phone.

BetCRIS does still offer this service. There is a minimum deposit to be elidgible but the service is free as long as your account is active.

1800-555-TELL. Say sports and then the sport you want and then the team and it will give you the score. There are also numbers you can text and they will text you back the score, but I think texting is a waste of time imo.
