I'll looking for opinions on a good sportsbook. I have read many of the post on this forum. Still can't decide. I primarily play baseball and football.

Do most sportsbooks offer first time signup bonuses?

Also, Looking for the best way to handle the deposits and withdrawls. I not real sure how for example Netteller works. Can someone briefly explain?
I have read that some credit cards will not allow offshore betting. Is this true?

my 2 favorites are pinnacle and bet jamaica(not necessarily in that order)
i've had good experiences with echecks for deposits and withdrawls.
Both of the above are A+ books and their integrity is unquestioned.

Echecks is an online check that's gets deposited into your bank account and you will have to provide the sportsbook with all your bank account information.
