sportsbooks that accept american express

don't think there are any...american express charges companies a bigger surcharge to the companies to process the card than does mc and visa...and amex doesn't allow for the companies to make the customer pay for the fees...so the books say screw it

merchants do not get paid by amex for 6 months so to much of a risk for the bookie
