Starting to lose patience.

I recently made a deposit via E-Transfer to Bodog. It's been nearly 2 weeks and my funds still haven't been added to my account. After numerous calls and emails, all I've been able to get from Bodog is "we'll send the matter over to our e-commerce dept. and get back to you" this has happened 3 times. I called last Sunday because they hadnt contacted me about what was going on so when I reached them they notified me that they had discovered I didnt make any deposit. I have the email in which it says the "FYI: The email to Emarket inc. has been accepted." I sent that email over to them upon there request it is now Thursday and no action has yet to be taken on their part. I want to know what should I do next? Thank you.

Guys so much less hassle when you wire the cash by Moneygram or WU.. this way you won't have to go through this bs... don't agree using cc either.

If i don't use my local, I use my own reload CC.

You guys really think that way is better than the reload CC?
It takes me 2 minutes to get to reload center, 20 seconds to put $$$ on card, drive home 2 minutes, enter data on computer 2 minutes, my $$$ is in in 10 minutes tops like nothing, every time, no issues ever.

It's straight cash, just like WU/MG.

I've never had a problem sending money by WU or MG...I have used other methods and have def had issues at some point.
