State Tax Question

My friend lives in PA, but works in NJ. Company is in NJ. Does he pay PA or NJ tax?

Any help would be appreciated

You pay state tax to the state you earned the wages in.

Wondering if anything has to be filed to PA. Even though you do not pay PA tax

In CO you have to file a part-time residence form for CO (even if is is 0 income for CO)then a state tax form from whichever state you earned in.So I am guessing same for all states.
