Steve Williams

Way to take the thunder away from Adam Scott. Are you kidding me? Your the caddie, and yes you are important but very minorly affect the results. Your the reason he won, you fixed all his flaws so he could win.

Secondly, this is your best win?? The word, your, is the key word! Nevermind all the majors you won with Tiger, after Tigers dad died, etc. The only reason you state this is your best win is because you actually think it is about you. What an idiot.

I would have fired your ass too if started caddying for someone else.

Last time I looked Stevie didn't sink a single putt, Scott did...guy was a jerk before and seems to be an even bigger one now...
It doesn't help when the media fell all over itself covering the caddy instead of the guy who actually went out and won the tournament...

The problem is, like it or not, the general sporting public doesn't care who Adam Scott is, they want to hear from the guy Tiger fired.

It would have been easy to pul for Williams if he had taken the high road in this, but his smug attitude makes him equally unlikeable.

The moron also stated that he has 130 wins (dont know the exact number off the top of my head) as a caddy. Are you for real? Off course you do, you caddied for the 2nd best player in the history of the game for 13 years. Nobody cares how many wins you lugged around a bag for.

Did williams actually caddy for someone else before tiger canned him? Thought he just asked permission to do so while tiger was sidelined due to injury..

Since when did caddie's have final authority on club selection/ ideas anyways? it's always up to the guy swinging the clubs. for all we know adam scott rejected every notion stevie had.

stevie: here's your 6 iron
scott: f**k that give me the 7

stevie: lay up
adam scott: gimme the 3 wood i'm going for it

how often do caddies actually get the final word??
