Red face Steven A Smith - Like him or hate him?

Dang - this guy bothers me and comes off as very annoying!

I would expect most to say they hate this guy. He is pretty bad on TV.

However, as the sports editor for the Philly inquirer, he was considered the top NBA writer and one of the top in sports of getting insider info. He breaks stories better than most, which is why ESPN values him

I think ESPN also values him because he is very outspoken and that is what sells.

I am not disputing he is a good NBA writer, I am sure he is! He just gets on my nerves. My son loves him so I guess it's all about the generation!
