Still don't have my money from Neteller

Neteller's owner was sued by the US for continued deposits to on-line bookies so Neteller pulled out of the US market. I withdrew over $219 on January 13 and to date it is still not in my checking account. I have written them three times and only one response, to my first e-mail. They said it could take up to a month. Well its been over a month now.
Anyone else have this problem?

Dr. BB and Johnny:

There are people still waiting for their money from BOS, lol. Your chances of seeing a dime are about 30% at best.

i was thinking to myself, that maybe the FBI or whatever source took control of the US funds, may look at the transfer records and revert them back to respected accounts. meaning you could loose all winnings, and just get back what you spent...anyone else consider this?
