I think it's hard to come back to where you were, but you can get pretty close

Liriano is not as dominant as he once was, but is having a very nice year off that surgery. 2nd year always seems to be when you can really start to see some of the improvements happen

yea wendy, hit it right on the head ... kid is following so closely in his foot steps ... the type of delivery they both have puts so much stress on that elbow.

You guys have said it, are we looking at the next Mark Prior or even Kerry Wood to a lesser extent? Time will tell, but I dont think he will pitch for 15 years, maybe 8-10 years tops.

Tommy John has made pitchers better then before. Would be awesome if he came back throwing 106 with a 96 changeup
