Stressed? uptight? unhappy?
Seriously If you are often suffering from any of those. Incorporate some hard physical exercise for 40 minutes or more in your day. You will feel much better.
Office jobs are far more common now than they have ever been and its no coincidence health problems are at also sky rocketing. Its against our human nature to be inactive for long periods, look at the primative days when survival was just that....hunt your food, work hard maintaining your crops (not that kind Jahred), row, paddle for transport etc etc.

That is absolutely right dave nz! I get on my treadmill 3 - 4 times a week for 30-45 minutes and feel great when i`m done.
Plus my doctor told me to exercise for my high blood pressure.

Lifted weights for 12 yrs now since I was 19, and last 5 yrs as the metabolism has slowed have used my treadmill and st bike for about 30 min a day. Does make you feel great. People who dont do any of it, dont realize how much better they feel

#1: "Stressed? Uptight?" I work physically enough (about 70 hrs/wk) so extra curricular exercise is out of the question. Simple solution to ongoing stress is lack of sex. I'm not married so that's not my prob.
#2: "Unhappy?" On the contrary. I easily find a new side gf. Back to answer #1. You see...it's the land down under! |
