Student Loan Question

For the past semester I had my loan approved and was waiting disbursement and the loan company went under. I am now looking for a new loan company, any recommendations? I already have a lot of college debt but would like to get a loan without a cosigner, know of any companies that are more apt to offer loans to students without cosigners? I appreciate the help

My student loans jumped up to 8% so I called Chase and got 3.99% on the life of my balance transfer. Discover gave me 0% on the life of the transfer also but the credit limit was only $8,000. Chase gave me a $35K line so my student loans are now with them at 3.99% for the life of the loan. As long as I don't default but that won't happen.

I know of a few people (don't know them personally) who owe around 80K or more in student loans here in NZ. Taken off to Europe and therefore will never have to pay it back, as long as they never re enter NZ

if they re eneter nz they will be forced to pay them back? the way it works here is you just have bad credit and constant harassment..as long as one doesn't work they can't do anything...if you work, then they will garnish your wages
