Super Bowl Meal!

Just curious if anyone has their menu ready for next weekend? We will probably throw a few rib-eyes on the grill and mix with a few cold beers.

I like to watch a game by myself as I keep my ears open to most of what the Network's Broadcasters & Analysts say for the upcoming week/next matchup to come...since this will be the last game of this season I don't mind joining with some buddies and company.

Not sure if I'll throw a lil' party or go to one yet. It all depends on the amount of people that really want to do/go at it. If it's my place then 4-6--not enough room; if it's elsewhere then 12-24. Depends.

Last few years I took some ideas from posters in here.

Beer is a definite.

So is dip...artichoke, Lebanese humus and garlic/onion. Dip seems a fav all over the US-Canada for this occasion.

Time is running out for me but we'll all pitch-in foods & treats.

I'm open to more good ideas considering the occasion.

I've never baked/cooked one yet. Maybe he can answer this. I'd say until most fat is starting to brown. You don't want to overcook it either so that it's too crispy.

the chips from chilies are really good, better than any tostitos or anything, and their queso has meat in and is great, so every game i get that to go and then the main food

Eating it once a year is great! And since SB is only once a year, it's safe for everyone!
