weird stuff...but why must he get a judge's ruling to change his name? did the dude from from the cincinnati bengals have to? how about lsu dude who is now playing basketball in japan? or the countless others that change their name for personal reasons...

u have to petition a judge to change ur name. Yes u do have to have a judge I did when I legally changed my name to 3rd nut tuttleson
