Man Sues Cops for Making Him Walk Home Drunk.....(Chicago Sun Times)

A allegedly drunken man forced to walk home after police arrested his friend for DUI is suing police after he fell through a storefront window and hurt himself.

------ ----- is suing the suburb of Harwood Heights, claiming its officer violated department policy by not arranging for a ride home for him according to the lawsuit filed Wednesday.

---- was a passenger in a car pulled over July 30th, 2008. The office busted the driver and made ----- and another passenger walk after spotting their "bloodshot and glassy eyes", the suit says.

A few blocks away, ------, in a "heavily intoxicated state" fell through a storefront window and suffered sever injuries....
