Depends on how sick you are. No one with todays meds should ever suffer. If you kill yourself to save your family money then the last thing you are is a coward. My grandfather starved himself to death when he was dignosed with cancer years ago. He had no chance for help so he ended it on his own. Depends on the person but to call them a coward is wrong in my eyes.

I think this is too broad a statement, there are too many factors involved in a suicide to just label someone a coward.
