could u post a work out routine without free weights? 5 day plan please.

Oops... I almost forgot. I won't be able to make it fellas. Veronica and I trying this new fad called uh, jogging. I believe it's jogging or yogging. it might be a soft j. I'm not sure but apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild.

basically it goes like this deck.

mom wakes me up: 500 situps, pushups and jumping jacks

mid day: 1 mile run, bearcrawls then weights

night: 1 mile jog right after that (no rest) I do windsprints


So as you can see basicall its a simple routine and how i stay fit.
