basically it goes like this deck.
mom wakes me up: 500 situps, pushups and jumping jacks mid day: 1 mile run, bearcrawls then weights night: 1 mile jog right after that (no rest) I do windsprints So as you can see basicall its a simple routine and how i stay fit. |
