all mixed together :

not eally an alternative but I love my French Poutine: beef gravy + cheeze curds. I often make my own potine and sometimes add chicken to it.

Italian Poutine: tomato sauce + cheese curds.

Out here in SF. Garlic is big. It frikin stinks and you will stink for a couple days but its good.

i'm not a fan. everyone loves the gordon bierch garlic fries at the park but to me they're just soggy and nasty.

Totally agree. I make some at home with a lot less garlic and they are good. You can smell that shit for miles.

There's this place called Paradise Pup about 20 minutes from the city in a town called Des Plaines, Two brothers started this joint, its about the size of a living room and was on guy farelli's diners show. They have a thing called 3 layer fries, sour cream, cheddar cheese and real bacon bits. These arent the exact thing but you get the idea.....UNREALLLLLLLLL
