do you claim o to avoid paying end of year or 1 to clear more in paycheck

Per my tax man...
Try to get it where u are even @ year end. Why give govt your money to collect interest off of all year when you could. And he compared it to giving the govt $3 and they give you back $2.
To each their own though. If you cant manage your money then best to overpay and collect refund.

Considering the deficit the country is in, they obviously are not investing it very well...
