taxes-claiming 0 or 1

do you claim o to avoid paying end of year or 1 to clear more in paycheck
whats the best way ?

Per my tax man...
Try to get it where u are even @ year end. Why give govt your money to collect interest off of all year when you could. And he compared it to giving the govt $3 and they give you back $2.
To each their own though. If you cant manage your money then best to overpay and collect refund.
