The problem is the people having these kids shouldn't be having kids for the most part.

Need a drivers liscence to drive but to have kids - you just have to have a ---, well you know the rest!

Parents are scared to discipline kids now a days and these kinds of things are happening more and more.

The parents have been nullified of parental authority. If you discipline your children, you might go to jail, and if you have children that break the law you are still responsible and can still go to jail for "No Control". Why be a parent at all?

So now we're asking ourselves why our children have no conscience, why they don't know right from wrong, and why it doesn't bother them to kill.

Probably, if we think about it long and hard enough, we can figure it out. I think it has a great deal to do with "we reap what we sow".

The problem is not children are born bad, It is the intrusion of the Government into the family with their rules and laws. Maybe it is time that the government should be spanked.
