Tell me about Houston, Texas

Im enjoying my time here in Chicago. However, I am alway thinking about other areas to locate.

What is it like in Houston? And how does it compare to Dallas?

Places Ive thought about living are Houston, Atlanta, LA, and Boston.

Just seeing what the southern conglomerates here have to say about h-town.

Stay away from L.A. The city is going downhill and the State is going broke. Nothing but financial problems in L.A.

I think the quality of life in Houston is exceptional compared to most metropolitan cities. What do you want to know, Silk?

Houston is a really nice town now. They have made a ton of improvements to their downtown area. A good place to live down there is the woodlands, really nice suburb. But Austin is a really cool town also. Only problem there is no pro sports team there.

Houston is great....two biggest drawbacks would be the humidity in the summer and traffic

Austin's become an overcrowed small town. Unless you're a UT fan not much in the way of sports. Decent music scene but they all end up in Houston anyway so really nothing to offer if you're not a college kid.
