are there any brokers at CM?
what is the current rate for a 30yr fixed FHA loan at no points?
just want to make sure i'm not getting reamed. thanks.

FHA interest rates are set by the goverment they are the same everywhere.. Today they are 5.125 for both 15 & 30 years.. Where you can be getting ripped off at is on the closing costs.. This is where the shady mortgage brokers make their move.. Added on costs differ from one mortgage broker to the other.. Most closings costs will be quite close broker to broker unless you are a dealing with a dog.. Have a Real Estate agent (full time) point a few out to you.. That being said at this time convential rates are lower then FHA's .. 4.75 for 15 years & 5.0 for 30 years.. ( here in PA).. But they require a 5 % downpayment as compared to a 3.25 for FHA.. FHA has its good points and bad points.. Every case has to be looked at on its own.. Great rates now..
