Thumbs down Is there anything worse than

turning on sport talk radio and hearing it's a damn fishing show

What a waste! I have no problem with fishing and people who like to fish but do we need to listen to talk radio show about it?

I've had to listen to a race on the radio in the car with some people that couldn't miss it. Not as bad as it sounds I guess, like listening to any other sport live, just a small step above not watching it entirely. Fishing would be terrible, I can't believe thats its even on TV let alone the radio

Jack, I am sure the station planned on having Dolphins Playoff talk and Miami Heat playoff talk, but you understand....... Fishing is all they have left

LOL - Jack is taking a beating today.

I agree that NASCAR and fishing on the radio is about as bad as it gets.

One thing I've always thought was funny is listening to hockey on the radio. I'm a big hockey fan too - but it always makes me laugh when I'm listening to it. Basically you're just listening to a bunch of confusing nonsense waiting for the announcer to yell "SCORE" or "GOAL". I mean, can you really visualize hockey from a play-by-play announcer?

I do abit of fishing (not often a few times a year). But listening to a radio show on it doesn't excite me lol

We get an American sports radio show here (midnight to 6am) and going back abit they used to have a fishing segment, doesn't do it for me either Jack.
