They need to come down hard on Tocchet and Co....

And make a statement that this chit ain't going to be tolerated.

Why do I care so much ?

Well us as sports gamblers we want as little corruption as possible in the sports we cap. It Is not possible to cap effectively on a regular basis with sports with corruption.

Make a statement and nail these guys!

Shouldn't something be done about NFL officiating as well. It is damn hard to cap a game with all the crappy calls. I try and cap the teams.. not the officials.

They need to say something.. I mean I want to bet on football next year but I can't if they don't do anything about this stuff.

Dave, like I've always said. Whenever their is money involved there will be corruption.

Players, coaches, ref's can be paid off so easily. It only takes one person.

Joe,

You are right and I know u have always said that.....
Don't worry u are preaching to the both converted and educated here.

I like the way the USA deals with these cases better than some other parts of the world. For example a pro rugby league game in my part of the world a couple of years back A GROUP OF PLAYERS WERE CAUGHT RED HANDED GAMBLING ON THEMSELVES. They got a very minor fine a played the next week

How many times have they done it before and u sure as hell know they will continue doing it (and sometimes against themselves covering) UNLESS THE PENALTIES ARE SEVERE!

Whats funny about Toccet getting caught is the amount of the so called ring he had. Only a million dollars. That's petty compared to others.

Even more so cause he adamantly denies any involvement.

I believe him for the most part here.
