When you have to comfirm a bet 3 or 4 times.I won't say which book but I placed a bet a couple of days ago locked it,Initialed it confirmed it and it won and when I went to check it it was no action.When I emailed them about it they said you need to go back and check pending bets after each bet because sometimes it still doesn't confirm after all that BS.They pretty much told me tuff.

Will – That is frustrating at times although I prefer to not do any phone calling because of that. Lol

Dave – Some don’t give a crap about customer service and I am not they understand how important it is.

they are a bunch of liars and will kill off a bet on occasion that they really have no right to do. don't post a line that you don't back up.

When I bet something and before it starts decide I don't like the line, I don't get to call them and say, oops, I made a capping error!

Hate having to type my username and password every single time when wanting to place a bet.

More and more books are getting rid of "The Remember me" cookie option. ( lol )

i guess its a good thing though due to security purposes.

Same feeling, especially when you have multiple books and (it may just be me), but I try to log in but I am using a different login (from another book), so you think it's the password and try a couple more times just changing your password, then they don't allow you to try and sign in for 30 minutes... that pisses me off, lol.. I would like for it to be signed on all the time, but I understand why they don't do that.

- no live chat
- crappy phone line quality and/or english speaking
- lines that change after submitting bets, and having to go re-enter -all- bets from scratch, not just the one that changed
- frequent and cryptic error messages
