Thumbs up Things you love about Bet Jamaica
I must admit - I have been more impressed with Bet Jamaica than many other books. I think the good customer service on top of being a solid book - puts them over the top.

Name some of the things you like/love about Bet Jamaica

Easily my favorite book ever. I have used well over 10+ books and this one is nice. My payouts were in my account within days and taking bets over the phone is a piece of cake. Their website is 1st class and very user friendly.

I like the customer service as well. Two days ago at 2 am, I wanted to deposit more money into my account but my credit card was not letting me. So I called them and within minutes he deposited my money and gave me an additional 5% for the troubles even though it was a credit card deposit..

That's nice!

just became a client yesterday (still keeping my old book with a few bucks for the live betting), but Bet J's customer service is awesome!! I had a handful of questions before I deposited and EVERY time I sent an email (prob about 7-10), I would recieve response email within 5-15 minutes. Some of the old books i would be 30-60 min's. And very friendly and helpful. Also a very user friendly site as Cat said. now Im just hoping my luck stays the same with the change

I got shut out at the race book once. If you bet ponies, make sure you get your bet in before 1 minute-to-post. My bet would have won too; I just didn't post in time - they took the bet but cancelled it after the race.

Other than that, I think they are a top notch book. You gotta love the new "rolling wagers". And InstaCash means I can reload minutes before a game and bet it. AWESOME!!!

Nickel juice on all football bets placed on Friday between 5:00 pm and midnight is a great feature offered by BetJamaica. The rolling wagers are very cool as well.
