Thinking of you this holiday season

Holidays can be a very bitter pill to swallow. Each and every Christmas I spend some time thinking about the friends and family members who have left this great place. I lost my brother and my grandfather around Christmas so getting thru the holidays can be a rough. I know one shouldn't let death ruin a holiday but their are times when I do get depressed over love ones that have left us suddenly. I am sure that some of you also go thru the same trying times. If any of you are fighting this same battle thru the holidays I want to wish a early Happy Holidays. Its a depressing time of year with love ones missing from the party's. Enjoy your holidays....

have a great christmas and new year steel. This one will be tough as this will be my first christmas without my grandmother, but my little sister has been diagonsed cancer free, since she was disagnosed a little less than 2 years ago with lung cancer at 19 years old, and my family is ecastic about that. Plus, my grandfather passed away on Christmas eve a decade ago, so I know that my grandma and grandpa will be spending there 1st Christmas together in a long time....

Happy Holidays Steel, know what you are going through, lost my step-mother on Christmas morning a couple years ago and things just aren't the same. Also my uncle who we lost after a very lengthy illness a few years ago his birthday would have been the day after Christmas. Getting a little choked up myself just even writing this. Just have to remember the good times we had with them, have a great holiday season everyone
