Three Spices...

You have to live on your own for a month in the woods (not near an ocean)... no other spices can be found (by any sort)... so you can take three... Which 3 do you take?

think I go with:
salt (preservative)
pepper
garlic

Evan: What? One name? ONE NAME!?!? Who are you? Seal?
Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

not sure on a 3rd but it sures hell isn't salt.

after seeing what the doc had to say to my dad after numerous heart-attacks/pacemaker/in-out of hospital too many times to count the last 3 years i'll never put salt on anything again. i know a lot of what i eat has sodium but i'm not adding...lol

p.s. CUT OUT THE SALT! shit is bad for ya.

understand your train of thought.. but if you're out in the wild nothing will have salt... I mainly picked it b/c it's a preservative and can make meat last longer...

anyway... yes WAY too much salt in the diet these days. I am finding myself more and more tasting something and thinking... "whew! too salty!!!" Very bad for the heart.

Also, they add iodine to salt, very important that you have some iodine in your diet.
