Classic SNL sketch with Sandler and Farley: Waddaya Bench?

I looked for a clip online briefly, but didn't find one.

My best ever was 455 for a double back in 1994. Clean form, no straps, wraps, belt, or bench shirt, and only weighed 229. Was always more of a squat guy.

Well, before I opened the thread all the way, I thought he was just talking about throwing up.

I only count my max when i dont use a lift off, no spotter help....take the bar off and bring it down, bring it up, then bring it down and up again.

455? holy shit....that had to bend the bar right?

In my book that's two (2) TIMES....You should be able to hit 225 or more if you can get that twice...Keep it up

you mean 325? Its just when i pull the bar off and there is alot of weight(for me) on there the momentum pushes it down to my chest and its alot easier to push it up, ive always just counted my max as bringing it back down and going back up again..im not sure what the official way is
