He will have some type of excuse ... his back was tight or his pussy was sore

Only retards backed him to win this tournament ... anybody with half a brain knew enough to put their money on somebody that actually had a chance instead of pulling for a name / has been

4th straight major that Tiger has been over par at the 36-hole mark and more than 10 shots off the lead.

I just can't understand the dislike for tiger. Everyone in the sport owes what they have to him. Everyone.

Maybe "owe" isn't the right word but anyone who thinks every golfer on the tour isn't better off today because of Tiger just has zero business sense whatsoever. Clock puncher mentality

Tiger is who brought fans to golf. He brought companies to golf. The influx of money he brought is absurd. Everyone of these young guys grew up watching tiger. Without tiger they wouldn't be shit. All the money the old guys have fallen into and all the recognition they are finally getting is noticed because he brought people to the game. A damn TV channel was basically built around him. Mickelson would just be some gambling golfer paying off the books. Johnny miller and his arrogant bill waltonesque attitude would be a nobody.
Same can be said for dale earnhardt and junior, mostly sr, as far as nascar.
I've never met tiger and I don't think I would personally like him but those few years we saw the best golfer ever. To hate on a man who just a spinal fusion less than a year ago is dumb. Even us as fans owe tiger because he brought us what we are seeing.

I agree. Backing him right now is foolish. He's just getting back into tournament golf. Gonna take time to work into form.

492148722-1 4/5/18 1:21am $50.00 $1,750.00 Pending 4/5/18 8:30am Golf Major US Masters - Matt Kuchar +3500

Maybe he can pull it out.

Personally I don't dislike him.

But trying to think why some people do, I think its about his personality.
Not very humble, arrogant to a certain extent, not a great sense of humour.

Compare his personality to someone like Spieth, big difference. How many people dislike him? I'd say far, far less than Tiger.

I certainly can see disliking him for his personality but not for his golf or what he has done for the sport.
He was in his 20's and everyone was in tiger mania. Who wouldn't be overwhelmed by that? His dad seemed to keep him grounded. When he passed it was like tiger was out there all alone. He was groomed from literally a toddler for golf. We've all had friends or even ourselves that were somewhat sheltered then thrown to the wolves. As far as the youngsters personalities being more likeable, I agree but you also have to remember they've grown up seeing what happened to tiger. They certainly know what can happen and they're much more prepared for it now with golf appealing to such younger players.

Plus golf is such a 1-person sport vs team sport it leads to cockiness and arrogance. Reed was such an asshole his team voted to kick him off the team at Augusta St. but the coach overturned their decision and kept him on the team.

I took Fowler at 22-1 this week. There are a few who look good at 80-1+ this week.

Saturday ...

-6, -11 overall and officially tied for the lead !!!!!

IT's HAPPENING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HE's BACK !!!!! HE's BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woods isn’t just the Greatest golfer of all time, He is the greatest ATHLETE of all time. In fact, Tiger Woods is the greatest HUMAN of all time. GOAT !!!

Sunday ...

Missed 3-footer on No. 10 and an 8-footer on No. 16, making bogey on both. Throw in a ball out of bounds on the par-4 13th

34 on the front nine ... 38 on the back when he needed something closer to 30 to have a shot.

Missed 7 putts inside 5 feet this week ... missed 9 in the entire 2006 PGA Tour season.

Tiger's strokes-gained stats at Memorial:

Tee to green: 1st
Approach the green: 1st
Around the green: 3rd
Putting: 72nd (out of 73)

Finished Tied for 23rd

Big Cat just couldn't find his stroke on the greens ... Too bad pill head

Knight, you and I are on the same page when it comes to tiger, the earlier he is off my tv screen the better, in fact, I either won't tune in till I know his round is done or watch it on DVR so I can forward through his airtime (and man can you watch a tourney fast doing that)

But the stats you posted here are kinda making the thread title correct!

He corrects his putting woes and he is top 3 and maybe a win or 2 in quite a few tourneys this year.

Now, I hope he 4-putts every hole, but if he starts making putts with the way everything else is going???

My point is he can't put 2 and 2 together ... got to have it all to be a threat, AKA "Back"

Only his dopey fans get all hot and bothered with ... 1st Tee to green / 1st Approach the green / 3rd Around the green ... putting is a huge part of the game and in that department he is straight up shit. Until he proves me wrong and starts winning I'm gonna make fun of him.
