Thumbs down Time Warner Cable is a JOKE

Anyone else had it with time warner ?

I hate this company with a passion... words can't explain these greedy bastards.

There needs to be more competition with these cable companies.. its a joke. NFL package out the window... NFL network... and now MSG network. This shit is ridiculous, and priced are outrageous.... I pay ****in 180/mo for cable/internet, and can't even get some of the channels I want. I can get Verizon FIOS internet here, but not cable yet... as soon as I can get the cable I will switch immediately. Give it 5 years or so, and cable TV should get better... hopefully.

Time Warner is garbage and prices are unreal. Have more features and channels now with xfinity in Nashville and pay half what I did in Austin for time Warner.

If you don't have Verizon FIOS cable in your area now, you won't get it in the future either. Found this out when I dropped Time Warner a few months back when they raised their rates again. I, too can get the internet but not the cable. And the reasoning for this is that Verizon is suppose to be switching to some wireless network, which the Customer Service Rep. didn't understand why because of all the money they spent on the Fiber Optic cables! So I had to settle for DirecTV!

Call them and ask for the retention dept. Threaten to go to the competition and they'll give you a discount for 1 yr to stay put.

yep time warner blows dude.. We switched to Directv about 5 years ago and its the best decision we made. I have the DVR and sports package and am able to order espn gameplan during football and could also order espn full court if i wanted. I just really think Directv is so much better. The only thing that sucks is that I do not get HD for free which is kinda gay..
