Too rich for concussions?
The Ivy League announced last week strict new concussion rules designed to reduce the chances of head trauma for their football players. These rules include limiting full contact practices to twice a week & power given to the exec. director to penalize for helmet hits & even suspend players for intentional hits. So.. Are they ahead of the pack or are the other schools behind??*
